1. Can I shop and donate here? Is it open to public?

Yes! We are open to public and anyone is welcome! You may find more shopping information here

2. What kind of items can I donate to Habitat ReStores?

3. Can I volunteer at Habitat ReStores?

4. What are your donation hours?

5. Can you pick up my large sized donations such as washers, dryers, refrigerators, and cabinet sets?

Yes! Please contact us by phone or email, visit here for our contact information.

6. What’s the return policy?

Appliances have a 15-day return policy for an in-store credit. All other merchandise has a 30 day return policy for in-store credit.

7. What happens if I can’t find my original purchase receipt?

Returns without the original sales receipt are prohibited.

8. How long can ReStores hold my purchases before I pick it up?

If paid in full, we can hold your merchandise for 3 days before we could charge a small storage fee per day unless other contacted.

9. Does the ReStore or Habitat have an e-newsletter? How do I sign up?

Yes, our affiliate has a quarterly newsletter with events, ReStore and other information about us.  Sign up now!
